My first book is called My Sister, My Self: Understanding the Sibling Relationship that Shapes Our Lives, Our Loves and Ourselves, published by McGraw Hill. Based on a study of over 400 women, teens and girls about their sister relationships, it explores how having grown up as an older, middle, younger or twin sister makes an indelible stamp on a woman's identity that affects her throughout her life.
