Included in the retreat are four healing workshops with me as well as a beautiful full-day excursion by catamaran to Saona, an island in the Caribbean. We’ll get the chance to relax together, by the pool or beach, in yoga or art classes and at meals. This luxury adults-only resort is an all-inclusive, which means that your room, meals, snacks, drinks, classes and entertainment are all included in the room rate.
The hotel offers a variety of room types, all of which are lovely, the least expensive being the "Premium Room Beachside" or you have the option to stay in a more exclusive section called the “Level”. Be sure to indicate "1 room - 1 adult".
