A special healing weekend in Montreal May 31 - June 1, 2025
Jump Up! your Divorce Recovery with Vikki in Montreal
Join me for a very special divorce recovery weekend retreat in Montreal. It’s called the Jump Up! because you will supercharge your recovery from the end of your relationship.
Jump Up! Montreal isn’t just a retreat. It’s a way to start feeling normal again. I know how awful it feels when your relationship ends. You’re not in control of your emotions, you’re scared for the future, you just don’t feel yourself. And while you may be surviving – life is about much more that. It’s about thriving.
““There are no words to describe the feeling of being among other women that truly understand what I have been through. We formed a tight, loving, heartbroken, but absolutely strong and supportive community. We only had two days, but I could swear I have known them all of my life. I know I found lifelong friends. As a result of being there, I have found peace for the first time in two years. I am totally looking forward to the future, knowing I can choose to make it as wonderful as I can!”
What to expect at the Jump Up!
The Jump Up! Montreal is a great opportunity to move your recovery ten steps forward so you can start feeling better. During two jam-packed days in beautiful Montreal, I'll be leading workshops that will help you understand what happened in your life and how to recover from the end of your marriage.
The last in-person Jump Up! Montreal took place in 2019. Then the pandemic happened and we took everything online for several years. I’m so thrilled to be offering this in-person event again in my city, beautiful Montreal.
At the last Jump Up! Montreal, it was wonderful to watch all the women grow so quickly into a powerful support network. We talked a lot, laughed a lot, cried a little, but left feeling energized and optimistic about the future.
In the safety of a caring community of women who really understand what you've been going through, you'll learn how to:
Understand why your husband left and why he did it the way he did
Manage your emotions, stop obsessing about your ex and start to feel better
Recognize that you're not crazy and you're not alone!
Use this crisis as a springboard to change
Revive hope for your future
Under my guidance, you’ll get a chance to work through issues and find solutions with others going through the same thing.
The Jump Up! Montreal is appropriate for:
Women who are struggling with the early stages of shock, hurt, obsessing and deep grief following the end of the marriage
Women who have moved on from the initial stages and are working on rebuilding their lives
We’ll also be having some fun!
We'll celebrate together on the Saturday night at the Banquet Dinner, which will be held at an authentic French Montreal bistro. The food will be great but the friendship will be greater!
We are offering a free optional bonus day on the Monday following the Retreat, so we can relax and spend the day together sightseeing around Montreal. If you can possible make it, do! It's always great fun!
After the weekend, you’ll go home feeling encouraged and refreshed, with a support network you can really count on. Come alone or come with a friend, or come with your Hearts & Minds group. Just get yourself to Montreal and I'll take care of the rest. Join us! You'll be so glad you did.
“I really really enjoyed the retreat. It was the first time in a long time I had so much fun, concentrating on me and the future. I loved being with the women - they were delightful! The plans you made were outstanding. I couldn’t think of anything more.”
FAQ
I'm worried that I won't know anyone.
Most of the women coming won't know anyone else either. You'll be amazed at how quickly you make friends.
I'm already in therapy. Isn't this the same thing?
Therapy is wonderful but this is very different and so much more. The benefit of my expertise and the support and friendship of the other women will supercharge your healing.
I'm still pretty fragile and not sure if I'm up to an event like this.
There's a saying, "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone!" You'll be surrounded by other women going through the same thing and I’ll be there to support you. Many women have felt the same way before a retreat and were so happy they came.
It’s been a long time since my husband left. Is this still for me?
Definitely! All of my groups are made up of women at differing stages of recovery and everyone finds healing, no matter what stage you’re at!
Is there an optimal age for participants? I'm afraid I may be too young (or too old).
No! We're all in this boat together and everyone bonds so strongly that age really doesn't matter.
I was not married - just in a serious relationship. Does the retreat apply to me?
Yes! The Jump Up! Montreal is for any woman recovering from the break up of a serious relationship.

Montreal is a world-class destination
Montreal is a great travel destination! Trip Advisor says, "Old Montreal's Parisian style streets are a wonderful place to wander - stop at an intimate bistro or sidewalk café for a taste of Europe." But don't worry - you won't have to speak French!
I know that making the decision to join us in Montreal is not easy, but I promise, you won't regret it! We'll all Jump Up! together!
Big hug!
